About the project
The story of how we created a new concentration mobile game for kids and adults.
The challenge
The market is looming with mobile games designed to boost concentration, train memory, and improve logical thinking. However, it’s almost impossible to find a game that can be entertaining and useful for all ages. The lack of such universal games brought the client to Define Solutions.
The solution
Thanks to our imagination, skills, and expertise, we came up with Brainy — an iOS-based mobile gaming app that centers around finding similarities and differences in objects and learning new words.
- 2 game modes: Freestyle (unlimited time) and Adventure (limited time)
- 3 levels of complexity: Easy, Middle, and Hard
- Several default card types: animals, fruits, colors, and numbers
- Custom cards: instead of playing with default cards, users can create their own ones using pictures and photos from their galleries
- Statistics: players can view their scores.
- Push notifications
The result
The game improves concentration, trains visual memory and short-term memory skills, increases attention to detail, and improves vocabulary. The scoring system encourages players to play more, beat competitors, and invite more people to play. On top of that, the straightforward mode navigation allows adjusting to the player’s capabilities easily, making Brainy a real treasure both for children and adults.
